Brian Brogen was the VP of Field Operations in a large Construction and Maintenance organization where he invested 28 years of his life. However, his passion for personal growth and leadership development led him to change course in 2022 when he left the construction industry and started his own business, BUILD Consulting Services.

Brian joined the Maxwell Leadership Team in 2018. He is the Founder of the “Voices for Leadership” book series and is currently working on Volume 3 which will be a youth edition. Brian is also the host of The Build Your Success Podcast.
