Sometimes, we find ourselves in a place where we may be having a little (or a lot of) progress in our wellness goals, and these little, tiny, negative thoughts start to creep in and get bigger and bigger, distracting us from the activities that support our healthy choices and activities.

On today’s episode, we’re talking about perfectionism. And perfectionism can look like a lot of things, but I’m going to talk about five different ways perfectionism may show up as you go after your wellness goals, and some tips on how to overcome these.
