I trust these two to treat my family and I’m proud to call them friends.
They have a great partnership, each has different roles and responsibilities in the business so in this episode we talk about how they break things up and manage tasks.
It’s very easy to get pulled in different directions when running a business but with a partnership like Shaun and Monica’s, they’re able to play to their strengths. Which is why they just opened another practice last month.
This comes with new challenges in areas like leadership, finance, marketing, and hiring. All are discussed in depth.
