The first half of 2024 has seen major enterprise SaaS players like Salesforce reporting declining sales. Microsoft has long been an exemplar of this strategy, going so far as to claim 95% of its commercial revenue is generated through partnerships. The most lucrative partnerships are those which have invested time, money, and resources into comprehensive enablement processes.
