In Episode 138, we're diving into how stress may be holding you back and you don't even realize it. When I first started seeing a functional medicine doctor they asked "how I was at managing my stress?" and I told her I had a great relationship with stress. I was literally bragging about how I was thriving in high stress environments. But here's the thing -- stress is the cause of so many of our health problems (which is a whole conversation itself) but stress is also actually making it impossible for us to vision set for ourselves! We're stuck where we are because we are so over stressed that we can't even imagine a future different from the one we are currently living. Come learn how I recognized this pattern, how I worked through this and how you can too!
