“ Find the quality of life where you have to think less of what you eat and more about what you are going to use your body for” Dr Sumit Kesarkar Dr Sumit Kesarkar is a Vaidya (doctor) of Āyurveda with a cross over Ph.D in botanical Taxonomy . He is the founder of the National Library of Ayurveda Medicine (NLAM), a searchable online repository of ancient Āyurvedic formulations and study modules. You’ll often find Sumitji journeying across India working towards the conservation of medicinal plants, local health traditions and ancient Hatha Yoga practices. His aim is simplifying and decoding Vedic Sciences, Ayurveda, Yoga and Tantra. With this in mind, he runs several courses and has many YouTube videos.
