Learning about energy work is a game changer when you work as a yoga teacher, coach, and even more when approaching your own pain.
I've been passionate about energy for 25 years.
What I've found is how to help you create your own energetic language to describe these "invisible" spaces that have a profound impact on your own body and life.
My own motivation in working with energy was to find a way to heal my own eating disorder (it worked!) and also to feel safe in the world and reclaim my own power.
As a teacher I found deeper value in helping others find ways to relieve their physical pain that also tied into their mental and emotional pain as well.
The more I owned my energetic side, I taught differently. I understood how everyone needs to be approached differently and also what they are ready to meet within themselves. I found the power of my own softness and how that invites a softness within the other.
There's so much I can share but my life would not be the same if I hadn't opened myself up to this deeper portal into who we are. I'm passionate about sharing this with you.
