In this episode of Chalk My Back! The boys have Ty Denges who is Keone's son join us on this week's episode to discuss his journey throughout the powerlifting landscape. Ty also gives us his back story into how he got his start into lifting, gives us a home gym origins story, and describes his life outside powerlifting. Ty gives us his why into why he continues powerlifting and what drives and motivates him to keep competing in powerlifting as well as basketball. Ty tells stories about lifting, basketball, commercial gyms, and the list goes on and on. We even hear about a few coaching gems from Ty and what he plans to accomplish in his respective sports.
