In this episode, we dive into fear and how it holds us back from living fully and being the parent we want to be.

Fear comes up often in my coaching sessions with moms. Sometimes, it’s obvious, like fearing that letting go of consequences will mean kids won’t learn. Other times, it’s hidden beneath feelings of resentment or self-criticism. The truth is, most fear is unnecessary and shouldn’t control us.

This episode is an invitation to see fear as a signal — not a barrier. It’s a natural emotion that offers us the chance to grow. We’ll explore how fear is created by our thoughts, often irrational, and how to act in spite of it.

Chapters:

  • Fear in Parenting
  • Recognizing Fear as a Signal
  • Facing and Embracing Fear for Growth
