About Fenella Hemus:
I started climbing when I was 42 and got hooked. About 5 years ago, my friend who hated gyms etc came with me and we now boulder and workout (at the climbing gym) every week. I'm 58 and she's 54. As well as fitness and strength, climbing / bouldering is brilliant for flow states and mental health.
Fenella Hemus has been in the business of people transformation for over 25 years, supporting people of all ages and walks of life to grow and thrive. Her varied background spans running an adventure playground, training development and delivery, health coaching and travelling. This has given her wide ranging skills and life experiences to draw on. She now runs Internationally Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line therapy and hypnotherapy training for coaches and business leaders who are dedicated to creating positive change in the world. Fenella is passionate about people being able to unlock their full potential and harness a creative and playful mindset.
