About Laura Scott
Laura Scott is the COO of Takeoff Technologies, a start up that is disrupting the grocery industry. Prior to Takeoff, she was a VP of Operations at Wayfair, building a drop ship network from 10,000 suppliers and leading a team of 400 people across 4 countries. She is currently on the board of 2 start ups - MadeiraMadeira, the Wayfair of Brazil, and DeliveryCircle, a one-stop shop for same day, last mile delivery services. Previously, Laura led the operations for Woodstock Soapstone, a manufacturing and direct retail company and the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps, a non-profit youth organization. She earned an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.S. from University of Vermont. Laura is a mother to two children, a Labrador retriever, and also serves on the board of directors for FamilyAid Boston, serving homeless families.
