Join us for an insightful conversation with Cornell Verdeja-Woodson to learn more about the changes that are necessary in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) efforts.
Cornell is the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Headspace Health and he is the Founder of a boutique consulting firm called Brave Trainings LLC. Cornell is passionate about the education piece of DEI; getting people into a space to learn, discuss difficult topics, ask questions, and develop a deeper understanding of things beyond their own experiences. He has spent his career of over 10 years, engaging people in difficult conversations to gain a deeper understanding of the world - approaching these touch points with confidence, vulnerability, and authenticity. Cornell has been described as an extremely creative strategic visionary with a high level of attention to detail.. He was also a wedding planner for 8 years, says he is on a healing journey and is finishing up his doctoral degree.
