Scott is a partner at Griffin McCarthy & Rice LLP. He practices exclusively in the area of family law. And he has a passion for working with medium to high conflict families and getting and navigating them out of court room settings and into confidential, problem solving processes like mediation.
Scott has partnered with 6 other prominent family law attorneys across the city to launch a new initiative called New Era Divorce. Their mission is to actively increase collegiality among the family law community. Through education, awareness, and philanthropic engagement.
