Yoga is beneficial to both physical and mental health for people of all ages. And, if you're sick, recovering from surgery, or living with a chronic condition, yoga can be an important part of your treatment. In this episode, Latanya will talk about her experiences with basic yoga and how yoga, prayer, meditation, and breathwork all fit into her new life. She believes, like many other things, that she was led to it by God. To aid in the maintenance of consistency and discipline. She also discusses the importance of self-care through yoga and how selfcare my help you achieve the greatest two commandments 'love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind and Love God above all else. And love your neighbor as you love yourself.
