Chris and Julie share the meticulous 6-year planning process involving collaborations with the Kazakhstan government, the World Future Energy Summit, and global expos. With support from organizations like Arctic Trucks and Nissan, they equipped their vehicle, "Sonrisa," a modified Nissan Aria, to tackle the harshest terrains and climates imaginable.

Julie Ramsey has always loved travel and adventure. Her adventurous spirit recently found a new outlet in electric vehicle (EV) exploration. Introduced to EVs through her partner Chris's curiosity, Julie has been fascinated by the innovative technology and the challenges of testing its capabilities, melding her love for travel with a commitment to sustainable, cutting-edge exploration.
