This episode is something a little different and a lot more personal and vulnerable than my usual content. I had something completely different planned but some recent struggles I’ve had with my generalized anxiety and PTSD made my plans change.
This episode is really just to say that if you are struggling with this too, I see you, I'm holding space for you, you are not alone.
