In this episode of the EntrePastors podcast Ryan Follis shares the story of his amazing transition journey from a corporate role with Target in which he honed significant skills in leadership and business acumen into the world of pastoral ministry. Ryan unpacks some of the struggles and frustrations he experienced as he made that transition and how churches and pastors can benefit by learning and applying business principles in such a way as to bless their families, the churches they lead, and the communities they serve. In addition to serving well in pastoral ministry, Ryan also now serves as the Lead Program Developer for the CEO (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities) program of the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship that is inspiring and developing a new generation of entrepreneurs in highschools across the nation.
