In today`s episode, I am joined by David "Hydra" Kyriacou from London. He was raised in the East side of London growing up around violence and gangs. He was working as a doorman for 10 years in and around the biggest venues around in London, and based on this he created his own self protection method called Hydra Combatives. David has been training martial arts for 30 years, teaching the Greek Special Forces and the British Infantry based on his experience dealing with confrontations and violence.
