Best selling author, Mr. Stephen Mackey joins the Game Changers podcast to talk about developing the right culture that will create an environment to succeed. In his best-selling book, The Locker Room, whom he co-authored with Damon West, a football team is brought to its figurative knees when an insensitive comment by a white player is made about one of the Black players. This story, not unlike what we experience every day, presents us with a situation where we can choose to do the right thing or not.
Stephen presents six pillars for us to abide by. These pillars dictate how we live, how we make decisions, how we treat people, and who we associate with. The six pillars provide us with guardrails by which to live each day. They will push to make good decisions and challenge us when our decisions are less than optimal.
