"I think feedback, as Jeremy says, it's a gift. And so when I do think about feedback, I always ask myself, one, why am I getting this feedback? And two, what is this human being going through so they're providing me this feedback? So in fact, I think the evolution of it, I used to think about feedback, my classroom, and what I could control within that environment and my classroom."
