**Police Officers:**
- Salary range: $55,479.93 to $64,201.09, based on qualifications.
**Dispatchers:**
- Salary range: $44,571.93 to $55,459.29, based on qualifications.

No POST certification is required to apply; we will provide you with the necessary training at the Police Academy.
**Hiring Process:**

2. **Panel Interview:** If selected, you will be invited to a panel interview conducted by Lawrenceville Police personnel from various ranks and a representative from Human Resources. The panel will determine whether you proceed to the next step.
3. **Conditional Job Offer:** Upon successful completion of the interview, you will receive a conditional job offer. Acceptance of this offer initiates the background phase.
4. **Background Packet:** You will be provided with a background booklet, which must be completed and returned within the specified time frame.
5. **Screening:** Applicants must successfully complete the following:
- Polygraph Examination
- Psychological Screening
- Medical Examination
- Drug Screening
6. **Final Interview:** After completing all prior steps, you will have a final interview with the Chief of Police and members of the Command Staff.
