WARNING. This is very rant-ish. Why? I have been in my feelings about almost missing a week, yes I am hard on myself, but all the people who enjoy what they do and are great at it do too.
Actions show importance.
This is why I've subconsciously been so hard on myself about working on my podcast. I know one day I will miss a week, or two or three... BUT until then, I need to keep going. Laziness isn't allowed to take me down.
