Perhaps the most talked about, prickliest, and exhaustively researched, topic in terms of health and wellness is Nutrition. So, what have we learned about how to eat right? Well…as you probably know the answer isn’t so easy. In fact, most of us don’t know what’s ‘right' anymore. Some might say, that everything we thought we knew was wrong. Others might argue that we’ve always known how to fuel our bodies properly if we just look to our primal ancestors. A recent article on Grubstreet.com says it very well: “It’s beyond strange that so many humans are clueless about how they should feed themselves. Every wild species on the planet knows how to do it; presumably ours did, too, before our oversized brains found new ways to complicate things. Now, we’re the only species that can be baffled about the “right” way to eat… ...Eating well remains difficult not because it’s complicated but because the choices are hard even when they’re clear."
