Yoga for dummies: I am no yoga expert so I am starting easy. I have chronic pain from an injury so I have to adapt my exercises and expectations to fit my reality. Being realistic and starting out small means I can make real changes. Opening myself up to new experiences at any age means I am always learning. I can find strengths, health and happiness I never knew before. Don't give yp on yourself. I hope these ideas, tips and my viewpoint will help you find what will work for you.
