Drawing from over a decade of experience as a Company Culture, Employee Engagement, and Team-Building Consultant, Jessper Maquindang excels in transforming workplace environments.

A recipient of Santa Clarita Valley's “40 Under Forty” award, Jessper holds an Executive Master’s Degree in Leadership from the University of Southern California. He served on JCI USA's executive board, mentoring young leaders and students. Jessper's accomplishments include enhancing engagement and retention, facilitating impactful retreats, and providing executive coaching.

Outside of work, he enjoys marathon training, reading business books, and contributing to the community through voluntary work with the American Red Cross and Junior Chamber International.
