In this episode I speak to Dr Dean St. Mart, We touched on a few points that currently are affecting all of us, such as the Covid situation, wearing masks and how to improve the immune system.

Dr Dean St Mart. has been competing in bodybuilding since the age of 23 (currently 30).
Previously he was a World Champion Semi Contact Kickboxer but an accident in training led to smashed bones in his right foot so he decided to stop at age 23. His Dad who is an IFBB judge was his training partner and he suggested to take up bodybuilding and the rest is history
He holds a Double 1st class honours degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from National University of Ireland Maynooth where he finished top of the university and hold a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Fluorescence Spectroscopy.
His current interests lie in novel drug design and functional medicine.
He currently works as one of the chief shift chemical process engineers for the hard mask plasma dry etch group in Intel so I rotate between a month of 12 hr day shifts and a month of 12 hr night shifts.
