Matt Founded Founded MK Health Hub in 2001 he has successfully trained, consulted, and developed an extensive fitness clientele.
Matt’s skills and expertise gained notable attention, and he became a sought after and highly renowned leader in the fitness industry.
As he continues his journey he is now also a coach and a mentor to a new breed of health and fitness professional.
He believes a health coach should be educated in all aspects of health and movement science, they should possess a drive and passion to help everyone but not only that they also need to know how to run a successful business and Matt's experience over the last 20 odd years is truly invaluable.
