This episode is a recording of a virtual meditation that Erik led along with master medicinal aromatherapist John Odlum. You might remember John - he was our guest way back on the fourth episode of the show. For years now, John and Erik have been holding live events that combine aromatherapy, qi gong, guided meditation and sound healing - typically around each solstice and equinox. This spring, In light of the coronavirus pandemic, they decided to take the event online. We're so pleased to bring this immersive experience to the podcast.
