Yoga has amazing results and benefits for physical and mental health. I recommend yoga to a lot of athletes I work with for injury prevention and to improve their performance by working on their breathing, strength, balance and flexibility.

After hearing and seeing Mary Ochsner's yoga practice, I knew I had to have her on the Healthy Hustling Podcast to discuss the importance of this practice. Mary specializes in helping beginners practice and learn about yoga.

Mary and I discuss how yoga can be for EVERYONE. You don't have to be extremely flexible or be able to perform all the yoga poses right away. Your practice can all be adapted to meet you where you are at in life.

Mary has her own app that you can download on Apple and Android devices that has many amazing classes, challenges and tutorials. If you are new to yoga, or thinking about beginning, I strongly recommend you listen to this podcast and check out her app!
