On Today's real estate radio show for the Santa Clarita Valley Cities, I spoke about the changes that technology has brought to the table, the most impressive one has to do with how the availability of real estate listings is always front and center. The home buying public will see all of the listings and may pay the price of being spammed if they are looking on a non secured website or on one that is of the real estate syndication type.
