In this episode, I’m going to tell you about 5 tips for keeping toddlers up late WITHOUT ruining their sleep schedule.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know my best advice is to put your toddler to bed early - the goal is to have them asleep before 8pm.

🤷‍♀️ But I know that every night can’t be perfect.

If you have a events coming up that will keep your child up past their ideal bedtime. The ultimate goal is to keep your toddler up late without disrupting their sleep schedule or sleep routine.

Happy toddler = Happy adults

So, here are 5 TIPS on how to enjoy evenings and keeping your toddler up late without ruining their sleep schedule and having them turn into little monsters! 👺
