Saxophone Crossing The Break - Mastering The Break on the Saxophone.
Q. Jezma - I’m having trouble going from C# to D with the register key. Is it possible you can show me how to approach it easier ? Do I slide up to register key or just switch my thumb. My thumb seems to be holding my sax to a degree. It keeps honking and squealing when I go to do it. It’s definitely not smooth transitioning from C# to D with the register key !
In this podcast I answer Jezma's question about how to cross the break on the saxophone.
