Dale and Brian are back to take you behind the scenes of their legal saga that’s heating up as ForeverLawn heads back to trial after an unsuccessful settlement conference. When things couldn’t get more complicated, Attorney Dan—once Matt and Diana's lawyer who helped secure a $1 million judgment—re-enters the picture, but this time, he's on the opposite side. Suing JSA for breach of covenant of good faith, Dan claims he never received payment for his services.
As tensions rise, the new judge again tries to broker a deal, inviting Dale and Brian into his chambers to negotiate a potential settlement. But instead of progress, JSA ups their demands, and the judge quickly realizes a resolution is out of reach. The judge shares that in his 26 years in the courtroom, he has never seen a case quite like this.
