A quick reminder of one of the most basic mantras: So Hum, or I AM. I use this one a lot to remind myself of all that I am and help to ease the numbness of all I am not based on the stories I tell myself. Give it a listen and remember, you are what you say you are.

When we think about our friends are the people who uplift us, push us and make us better people. Or are they people that consistently hold us in their world because it makes them feel better to have support in their actions. Take a look and see what your environment is doing for you.

Are you living your best life? Are you stuck in a situation wether it be relationship, career or your living environment that you just can’t get out of. Make the change. Don’t settle and don’t continue to stay where you are not comfortable. Take the steps to improve it and if it doesn’t work, move on. You get one chance to be your best you. However that looks. When you get to a place where you start to feel secure in what you’re doing. When you start Ron feel that your cup is full enough that you can then go forth and help others. That’s an amazing place. Remember that the whole point of loving yourself first is so that you have the power to love others.
