Every so often there are terms that become popular in pop-culture and therefore sometimes water down it's impact. Unfortunately that may be happening with the term "Trauma". But trust me, Trauma is not a Trendy Term...it is a reality that all of us have (or will) face and it must be treated sensitively and with expertise.
As we conclude our series, Mental Health is Wealth, I have my friend and colleague Licensed Clinical Social Worker Brandy here with me to talk through all things Mental Health, including the IMPACT of TRAUMA!
