They were almost done. After 15 years of manifesting some of the grooviest breakdowns and heaviest riffs, UK metalcore favorites Bury Tomorrow were ready to call it quits...until they didn't. And boy, are we glad they made that choice, because the new record, “The Seventh Sun,” has shaped up to be their best release since the band's inception. We are joined by drummer Adam Jackson and Keyboardist/Vocalist Tom Prendergast in this episode. We get the chance to chat with them about the new album, which also happens to the bands 7th studio release, and how this record has set the mark for Bury Tomorrow's most important chapter to date. Adams been here since the beginning, and he has plenty to be thankful for over the years, and that includes new members Tom Prendergast and guitarist Ed Hartwell. It's as if Tom and Ed were the perfect pieces this band needed to reignite the fire. Tom talks about his experience on first joining the band and giving his big contributions on expanding the sound on Bury Tomorrow. “The Seventh Sun” showcases the bands signature sound, while exploring other aspects of metalcore elements that have given this band a much needed retool. And for the better. To really dig deep and to find that passion again, Bury Tomorrow has been through the trials and tribulations. And now, the UK sextet could not be more excited to unleash this record and to be able to play the new songs in front of their growing and dedicated fanbase for years to come. Tune in now and be sure to buy and stream “The Seventh Sun,” out now worldwide via Music For Nations.
