Hybrid working is a relatively new way of working. We are all still navigating how to structure it so it plays to the strengths of individuals and teams and delivers results for the business. However, we already know the principles for good team work. They apply to good team work in the hybrid world too - we just have to be more considered about implementing them. In this episode Juliet and Lucy unpick principles for good team work and ways to be more deliberate about applying them when you're not all in the same location everyday.
