Episode 4 :: In this episode, I introduce and explain the 4-Stage Experiential Learning Model given by David Kolb. I also illustrate it through two examples – one historical, the other contemporary, and then provide tips that you can use for ensuring that you take your audience through each of the four stages.

I strongly recommend finding your notebook and a couple of pencils before you start listening. There’s stuff that you’d like to note down and reflect upon.

Also, since I view instructional design as a practical discipline that I use all the time, I’ll be speaking about Kolb’s Cycle from the viewpoint of a user and not that of an academician.

After you’ve listened to this episode, if you want to dig deeper into the concept with a discussion on how Kolb’s Cycle applies to the novice and the expert learners, head over to the Downloads section of the Creative Agni Website and download the pdf of the article from http://creativeagni.com/downloads-pdfs-whitepapers-articles/free-resources-docs.htm#kolbcycle
