Relationship breaks are perceived as a negative and selfish act. How can you claim to love your partner but want a break from your relationship? Most times one partner wants to take a break while the other partner doesn’t because it is viewed as one foot out the door to a break up. Taking a break in a relationship has a negative stigma because their purpose is never used in a positive way. In this episode we give reasons to why relationship breaks do not work, we share our personal experiences with breaks, and 5 rules to a healthy relationship break.

Family Meeting:

1. "How can I get past putting other people's sexual pleasure before my own? I just want someone who wants to please me as much as I want to please them."

2. "I'm in a relationship with an amazing man. However, I'm confused and struggling with my sexuality."
