Starting off her career with the Toronto Maple Leafs in Community Relations when her father, Cliff Fletcher, was the GM of the Leafs, was the beginning of an amazing leadership journey for Kristy Fletcher.
From the small rooms at Maple Leaf Gardens to the boardrooms at MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership) in the Air Canada Centre , Kristy has forged her own path as a woman, and executive, in pro sports in one of hockey's most recognizable family names.
Like no pressure eh?
Kristy has now taken her amazing leadership talents to the world of Music in Canada.
The impact she is having as president at Musicounts, with her team, will have a positive impact on lives in Canada for generations to come through the power of music.
Kristy will share the lessons she has learned on her journey and the impact leaders she has worked for have had on growing her career.
