Paulina Palencia-Catalan is a graduate student at Hofstra University, where she is pursuing a master’s in Healthcare Administration. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University. Currently, she works at Northwell Health as a Patient Account Representative. Paulina’s primary interests in the healthcare field are data analytics and public health, and she is eager to explore the intersection between these two areas. She believes there is always room for improvement. With new data arriving every day, the key questions she focuses on are: What can be done with it? What patterns can be identified to enhance patient experience and benefit the community?
