Sharing the bold fact that nobody is coming to save us from the depths we might feel we're stuck in is a pretty harsh thing to hear!
I remember being stuck in the mindset and belief that somebody was just going to come and help me out, give me a dream job with a mega salary and that I believed I was too good to be counting calories since I had so much knowledge.
We're never too good for the basics and nobody is ever above the hard work that's needed to succeed in life, EVER!
Looking after your physical health is one of the most important things we can do to best manage our mental and emotional health in this world.
