2020 placed immense burden, physically and mentally on health care providers throughout the world. As an Intensivist (Intensive care specialist), Dr. Kory excelled in his career and very much supported continued learning, quality research and giving the utmost quality care to his patients. As Director of ICU, He was engaged with other leaders throughout the UW Hospitals system to prepare for and offer the best possible solutions for C-19. It turned out to be the turning point.
