Oralia Acosta is a vibrant woman who loves food and loves to share how to enjoy what you eat while maintaining optimal health. Oralia became a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach after finding natural solutions to heal her stomach problems and her most challenging struggles during menopause with weight gain, adrenal fatigue, anemia, fatty liver, and high cholesterol, and depression.

Oralia released 30+ lbs and has kept it off for 8 years now. She has taken different courses and follows naturopaths and functional medicine doctors that are leaders in their field.

Oralia is always open to learning about the latest health trends and loves sharing these with her clients so that they can find what works for them.

Her focus is weight loss, insulin resistance; diabetes; low energy, lack of energy and focus.
