Thank you for all of your support. Please let us know what you think about our podcast and what topic you may want to hear from us. Leaders, Lead Well!

In the old west town of Bannack, Montana, during the 1860s, people decided to take back their town from the dishonest, stealing, and evil people that were there. The term 3-7-77 was painted on the doors of the bad folks which meant two things.
First, it meant you have 3 hours, 7 minutes, and 77 seconds to get out of town or you faced the consequences of the second meaning of 3-7-77 which are 3 feet wide, 7 feet deep, and 77 inches long; the dimensions of a grave. The bad guys got the message pretty fast and left town even faster. However, and no surprise here, those who pushed their luck found out that the town folks were not kidding around when the time wound down.
Fast forward to today and no matter where you look be it politics, organizations, social media, media outlets, or social media, we are surrounded by dishonesty. The constant barrage of lies, misinformation, and lack of accountability has led to a culture of destruction, theft, depression, and violence. The prevalence of dishonesty and its impact on society is mind numbing!
The problem is that the lines have become so blurred, that it is difficult to tell when leaders are telling the truth and to what end are they being held accountable. Does this mean that all leaders are dishonest?
Absolutely not!
There are some great leaders in every walk of life that we must get behind and follow. However, it is critical to know who those great leaders are and which ones we need to watch out for.
Rich and Maikel discuss the impact of dishonest leadership in this episode of Mainline Executive Coaching ACT.
