By now, we all know that there’s a major disconnect between who we are, and who the world sees us as.
We’re so often misunderstood, judged, criticized, and outed - painted out to be this horrible person that’s only ‘in it’ for their own benefit and will ‘win at all costs’ - even when there’s nothing but emotions at stake.
And when we say enough is enough and we start trying to make changes, we start the process of reclaiming that true power within us...That innate, authentic, unlimited nature of who we really are - and that’s exactly when the title of this episode matters the most.
The hand that’s stopping you from experiencing the life you want is your own, and in the process of getting out of your own way, that hand is wreaking havoc in your head - controlling your thoughts and skewing your reality. It’s making you buy into the limitations that landed you in this position you’re in to begin with. All of the limiting beliefs (read: bullshit excuses).
Don’t listen to it.
