We’re living in an incredible age, with access to technology that makes our lives more convenient and comfortable. However, the countless benefits come with a cost. When things are overly comfortable and convenient it can make it very hard to be intentional. It’s easy to find ourselves on auto pilot and just going through the motions. Happiness and fulfillment happen when we are intentional about how we live, how we eat, how we move, how we engage with nature, how we connect with others, and how we use our devices. There’s a cost to comfort, and that’s what we’re going to talk about today.
