In this week's episode, we're diving into the often-overlooked but crucial concept of reflection, especially when it comes to personal growth and life journeys. I offer a visual example of what I imagine my "waiting room" looks like, a concept introduced in last week's episode. I compare it to the passport office, where different steps require waiting, much like the stages of personal growth. Although I'm far along in my own journey, I realized that I hadn’t truly reflected on it until now.

I experienced a major reflection after some significant life events, and I’m proud of how I mentally navigated through them. It was a defining moment for me, especially when I compared it to how Teri 1.0 would have reacted. In the past, I would have let my emotions take control, but this time, I didn’t. That shift in how I handled things filled me with a deep sense of pride.

In this episode, I explore how reflection can be a beautiful tool that reminds us of the work we've done and the growth we've achieved. I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on where you are in your own journey. Often, we move forward without stopping to acknowledge how far we’ve come.
