Obviously not just therapy can’t sort your head out completely and I’ve been asked so many times about other coping mechanisms when your struggling and I don’t have much advice other then sharing what worked for me. Again I am so lucky to be in the position to have gone to therapy but I also found other things that helped me and hopefully can help you too
