Baselode Energy CEO James Sykes joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss the promising results from the latest drill program at the Hook project in the Athabasca Basin, northern Saskatchewan. The exploration has outlined a significant hydrothermal clay alteration system through five drill holes, covering an area of at least 200 m x 100 m. This alteration resembles those found in high-grade uranium deposits within the Athabasca region, further solidifying the potential of the Hook project. A standout from the program was drill hole HK24-010, which intersected 13.4 meters of continuous radioactivity within a broader 200-meter-wide alteration system. Notably, the radioactivity within this system increases with depth and remains open, indicating the potential for further discoveries. These findings are particularly significant given the proximity—just 6 km—to the near-surface ACKIO uranium prospect, reinforcing the fertility of the area for uranium mineralization. Sykes emphasized that the large-scale alteration systems identified are key indicators of potential uranium deposits, as uranium typically occurs in smaller but high-grade concentrations compared to other minerals. The newly defined target areas offer exciting opportunities for future exploration and development as Baselode continues to advance its efforts to unlock the resource potential of the Hook project. #proactiveinvestors #baselodeenergycorp #tsxv #find #otcqb #bsenf #jamessykes #athabascabasin #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews
